Originally meant to be a spoken word but I got too passionate. I was talking to the shrink about how I was feeling happier again but I felt as though I couldn’t hold into it because I knew another wave would come at some point, and she pointed out that by focusing on the sadness I was making it come. Just enjoy being happy while you are - yeah, easy. That inspired the line “Happiness is not a time bomb”.
